Super-Talented Actor Devon Murray Talks About His True Love on Unbridled

Ireland Unbridled  includes a personal interview with Devon Murray, the beloved actor and equine enthusiast, famously recognized for his role of Seamus Finnegan in the world-wide famed “Harry Potter” film series.

A masterful singer, Devon began his career on top, winning talent competitions across the nation. He continued to showcase his talents, securing notable roles in This is My Father, Angela’s Ashes, in 1999 and Yesterday’s Children in 2000, before going on to shine in the highly celebrated Harry Potter series.

Although Devon has been highly successful onscreen, his talents extend far beyond the silver screen. The highly adored actor’s love for horses has allowed him to become a promising and accomplished horse rider and jumper.

Devon is the proud owner of 6 beloved Thoroughbred, Arab, and Connemara horses and 1 foal. With a goal to continue to work with horses in his future, Devon juggles his acting career with studying for his Equine “Stages” exams. Moreover, as a competitor in horse jumping competitions all throughout Ireland, it is his ultimate dream to win a show jumping gold medal at the 2012 Olympics.

We are absolutely delighted to have the privileged opportunity to learn more about Devon’s life experiences with horses and goals for horse jumping in the future.

"Devon is an inspiration to horse lovers everywhere. I am honored that Devon has chosen to share his love of horses through Ireland Unbridled. It is always highly beneficial to the entire horse industry when a reputable star is involved with horses; I am so happy that together, we can share the unbridled joy of horses with our audiences,” said Susan Kayne, Executive Director of Ireland Unbridled.
